Product information "Premium neodymium disc magnets"

Strongly adhesive neodymium disc magnets - FIXUM R050K10NM. FIXUM neodymium magnets are suitable for particularly strong magnetic connections. They are ideal for packaging and folder closures as well as for closing folding boxes.

In addition to classic processing with double-sided adhesive dots or adhesive tape, the round magnets can also be processed with cyanoacrylate adhesives (instant adhesive CB2611).

Double-sided adhesive dots without a cover (R224P02A) are a special processing option, which can simply be dabbed off by the user. There is no need to remove a cover or treat individual magnets. The disc magnets are simply held in the rod - similar to a biro.

After fixing them to the printed matter, the stack can simply be pulled away to the side. This increases the processing speed enormously. And on top of that, there are no small pieces of masking paper, that may end up in the packaging or folder, which the customer is less likely to honour.

FIXUM - R224P02A These double-sided adhesive dots without cover are ideal for processing round neodymium magnets with a diameter of 10 mm. As soon as the continuous upper silicone paper cover has been removed, the magnets can simply be placed on the adhesive dot as a rod. It is important that the base is soft so that the glue dot can adapt well to the magnet. This processing method enables higher processing speeds to be achieved and the small pieces of silicone paper no longer exist. In addition to the processing advantage, there is also an enormous cost saving compared to self-adhesive magnets, as there is no need to laboriously attach the adhesive dots.
