Fachverband
Faltschachtel-Industrie e.V.
The Fachverband Faltschachtel-Industrie e.V. (FFI) is the central organisation representing the interests of the German folding carton industry. With around 75 member companies, the association strengthens political dialogue, public awareness and the further development of industry standards.
FIXUM uses the FFI network to recognise trends, technological developments and sustainability requirements at an early stage. We contribute our expertise in fastening and joining solutions to discussions and support packaging manufacturers in realising functional and reliable packaging systems.
German Packaging Institute
The German Packaging Institute (dvi) is the central network of the packaging industry and connects companies along the entire value chain - from development and design to production. It promotes exchange, innovation and industry-wide standards.
FIXUM is a member of the dvi and is directly involved in the further development of the network through the board work of our Managing Director Michael Arndt. We contribute our expertise in fastening and joining solutions and take part in strategic discussions on trends, technologies and sustainability. In this way, we make packaging systems more efficient, safer and more recyclable - and play an active role in shaping the future of the industry.
German Packaging Museum
The German Packaging Museum documents the history and significance of packaging - from early design classics to modern brand and industrial packaging. The collection shows how packaging characterises design, communication and the economy.

The Bund Deutscher Buchbinder (BDBI) has been supporting the interests of the bookbinding trade since 1880 and promotes professional exchange and technical development. The association combines tradition and modern craftsmanship - from classic binding to industrial processing.

The IHK Koblenz is one of the central institutions for the promotion of the regional economy. With around 40,000 member companies, it offers advice, networking and further training for companies in all sectors.
