The double-sided high performance adhesive tape 222P02C is a transparent high-performance adhesive tape with a tear-resistant PET backing and a stable silicone paper cover. It was developed for durable, heavy-duty bonding where simple non-woven paper tapes reach their limits.

Thanks to the modified solvent acrylic adhesive, 222P02C offers very high initial tack and strong adhesion to many demanding surfaces. These include UV varnish, digital printing, film-laminated materials and cellophane wrapping. The tape is therefore particularly suitable for securely sealing shipping packaging, banderoles, flaps and folders, as well as for applications in print finishing, display assembly, packaging production and industry.

With an adhesive strength on steel of ≥ 20 N / 25 mm, high shear strength and temperature resistance up to +180 °C for short periods, the adhesive tape supports stable processes, reliable processing and long-lasting bonds. The yellow-brown silicone paper cover is easy to peel off and enables efficient application in manual and industrial workflows.

222P02C is a high-performance alternative to 222P02B and is particularly suitable for B2B applications where high adhesive strength, tear-resistant processing and secure adhesion to difficult surfaces are crucial. The adhesive tape is not suitable for indirect food contact.
