RA241P10A foam adhesive dots are double-sided adhesive discs made from PE foam, designed for the permanent, clean and efficient fixing of small components. The two-row design facilitates rapid application in industrial assembly processes and is particularly suitable for signs, coats of arms, emblems, display elements, and small technical and decorative parts.
The white PE foam, approximately 1.0 mm thick, has shock-absorbing properties, is resistant to splitting and compensates for minor surface irregularities and thickness tolerances between the parts to be joined. As a result, the foam adhesive dots enable flexible adhesive bonds without the need for additional mechanical fastenings.
The solvent-based acrylate adhesive used offers high initial adhesion, good bonding strength to steel, and resistance to ageing, weathering, UV exposure and plasticisers.
