Payment and Shipping

For orders with a net value of €250 or more, we deliver free of charge within Germany. For orders below this amount, we currently charge €8.95 for packaging and shipping.

For deliveries outside Germany, we generally ship ex works. We will be happy to inform you about the corresponding shipping costs.

• Standard shipping with UPS takes approximately 1–2 days.
• The express option for €14.95 (within Germany) delivers your available goods by around 10:30 a.m. on the next working day.
• The “Express 12 o’clock” option for €12.50 delivers your available goods by around 12 noon on the next working day.
