You can order high-quality adhesive, Velcro and magnetic products, including the corresponding processing aids, conveniently, quickly and around the clock via www.fixum-shop.de. If the goods are available, they will be dispatched within one working day, or even on the same day if ordered by 14:30.

All prices are therefore shown net excluding VAT.

2. Find the right product

Not sure which products are suitable for your application? In this case, you can filter the relevant products using the application search.
We are also happy to answer your questions by telephone on 02631 947460 Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30.

3. shopping at FIXUM

Once you have reached your desired item, select the relevant product variation and enter the desired quantity in the field next to the product image. Then add the items to your shopping basket. You can now purchase further items or send us your order via the shopping basket.

If our stock is not sufficient, you can choose whether you want to cancel the item, have only the available quantity delivered or have the rest delivered later.

Once you have added all the desired products to your shopping basket, you can proceed to the virtual checkout. As an existing customer, your data will be transferred to the checkout area.

As a new customer, we will now ask you for your details, which we need to process your order. After entering your details, please select the shipping method and, if applicable, an alternative shipping address. You can then select the payment method. Please make sure that you accept our terms and conditions. If you click next, you will be taken to an overview of your complete data. If you agree and have no change requests, click on the "Order" button to order the goods from us. You can then print out your order again. You will always receive a confirmation by e-mail.

If you have magnet products in your shopping basket, you will also be asked to read the safety instructions for magnets in the checkout area. Once you have read these, you can tick the appropriate box next to the prompt and complete your order.

4. Prices and discounts

All prices in our shop are net prices to which the current VAT rate must be added.
Fairness plays an extremely important role for us. Every customer benefits from a fair volume-dependent graduated discount system.

Our current discount scale is as follows:

• Net value of goods under €250: no discount, delivery ex works
• Net value of goods from €250: 5% discount and free delivery within Germany
• Net value of goods from 500,- €: 10% discount and free delivery within Germany
• Net value of goods from € 1,000: 15% discount and free delivery within Germany

5. Payment terms

The payment terms available to new customers are prepayment less 3% discount. From the second order you can alternatively pay on account with 7 days 2% discount or 21 days net.

6. minimum order value / shipping costs / delivery time

There is no minimum order value at Fixum!
From a net order value of 250 euros, we deliver free of charge within Germany. Below this amount, we currently charge 8.95 euros for packaging and shipping.

Outside Germany, we generally deliver ex works. We will be happy to inform you about the corresponding shipping costs.

• Standard shipping with UPS takes about 1-2 days.
• The UPS Express option for 14.95 euros (within Germany) delivers your available goods within approx. 10:30 a.m. on the next working day.
• The UPS Express 12:00 variant for 12.50 euros delivers your available goods by 12:00 on the next working day.

7 Conclusion of contract

By clicking on the [Send order] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order. This concludes the purchase contract.

All personal data collected by us on this website will be stored and processed exclusively for your individual support, the fulfilment of your order or the submission of service offers. FIXUM Creative Technology GmbH guarantees that your details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
